Logos

We provide clients with revisions on logo designs according to the number of revisions included in their purchased package, provided that clients give us timely feedback within 3 business days of receiving the designs. If a client takes longer than 3 business days to provide feedback, additional charges may apply for further changes.

We typically provide original logo design concepts within 1–2 business days.

Websites

A website development project valued at over $1,000 will require a written contract setting forth the payment terms and conditions of the work performed by FinchSol. For projects valued at $1,000 or less, we offer 3 revisions on website mockups, provided the client responds within 5 business days of receiving each revision. If a client fails to respond within 5 business days, FinchSol reserves the right to charge an additional amount for further alterations.

Blog Writing

We offer original blog content and revisions based on the package purchased. If a client fails to respond to revisions within 3 business days, FinchSol reserves the right to charge an additional amount for subsequent edits or revisions.

Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on our mockups. If you are not satisfied with the mockups delivered, you may request a full refund of the amount paid. No administrative or overhead fees will be deducted, although a payment gateway fee may be deducted where applicable. Refunds may take up to 21 business days to process.

To request a refund, you must complete a refund request form provided by our customer support representative. Completion of the form is mandatory, and FinchSol reserves the right to deny a refund based on the circumstances of the request.

Refunds are not applicable in the following scenarios:

• Once we begin working on revisions based on your feedback, no refund can be claimed, as the request for revisions is considered confirmation to proceed with the selected mockup(s).
• If the mockup(s) are based on an explicit design idea, sketch, or recreation of an existing design provided by you.
• Failure to check or respond through the communication channels provided by FinchSol is not grounds for a refund.
• No refund is available for design firms or customers ordering our design services on behalf of another entity.
• No refund is provided if you are simultaneously obtaining the same design services from multiple designers, firms, or services.
• If you request additional design concepts beyond those included in your purchased package, you forfeit the right to request a refund.
• No refund is available once final files, website access, application access, source files, or other final deliverables have been provided.
• No refund is available if you fail to provide feedback within 3 business days for logos or blogs, or 5 business days for websites and other applicable services.
• No refund is available after six months from the date of payment.

PPC, SEO, SMO, content writing/delivery, and all other marketing services provided by FinchSol are payable in advance and are non-refundable.

Delivery timelines are approximate and may be subject to delays due to holidays, project complexity, client feedback, or current workload. We typically deliver the first set of logo concepts within 1–2 business days and website designs within 5–7 business days.

You have 3 business days to respond to original or revised logo designs and blog drafts, and 5 business days to respond to original or revised website designs. If you fail to respond within the applicable period, FinchSol may consider the designs accepted and place the project on hold. FinchSol will have no further obligations until the client provides the required feedback.

Ownership of the Work

Once artwork, designs, or a website is approved, the final files are delivered or the website is hosted on the agreed-upon hosting, and the final payment has been made, the client owns the rights to the final designs and deliverables.

Site Terms of Use Modifications

FinchSol may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notification. By using this Site, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Copyrights & Trademarks

The client retains ownership of the final logos, designs, drafts, and related materials after the project has been completed and full payment has been received.

FinchSol reserves the right to use completed work for promotional purposes, including in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed with the client.

Record Maintenance

We keep a record of finalized designs and deliverables after providing the final files to the client.

If you require the final files in the future, FinchSol may provide them upon request, subject to availability. Records may be maintained for a period of 6 months, after which files may be permanently deleted.

Communication Policy

You agree that FinchSol is not responsible for correspondence received from email addresses other than those using our official domain, including info@finchsol.com, or telephone numbers officially listed on our website. We will not be held responsible for any damages caused by unauthorized or fraudulent correspondence. FinchSol only accepts responsibility for communications received through our official email addresses or officially listed telephone numbers.
